The Second Life® Merchandise Store is Finally Here
Second Life® residents will be happy to learn about the new Second Life® merchandise store available on RedBubble. From t-shirts and masks to pins and stickers, Second Life's® store offers a modest, but yet attractive merch collection to all the fellow geeks out there. As you explore the different categories, it is clear that more merch might come in a near future as many of them are currently listed, but with no available items.
I particularly love the stickers, coffee mugs and backpacks. I was, however, disappointed for not getting my hands on THE cube. Over the years, many residents (including myself) expressed their wish across the forums and social media platforms to purchase this particular item and now, dear Linden Lab®, you now have the opportunity to add those cool cubes to your store. 2020 has been bad enough – take my money and let me have a cube for Christmas please!
The Official Second Life® Store
The Official Second Life® on the GoA brand new Second Life® mobile app will be here sometime soon? Linden Lab® plans to release a iOS companion app that will mainly focus on text, group text and customer service capabilities. Although this project has been considered high priority, I am a little blown away by the time is taking to release it. The mobile companion won't support local chat and at this time, developers are not focused on the graphics side. An Android version will also be released after the iOS client becomes available to the public.
